1. Subject of the Privacy Policy

Processing of personal data is done by the Administration, without limitation of time, by any legal means, including in the information systems with the use of automation or wothout it.

Upon the loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration immeadeately informs the User about the fact of loss or disclosure of personal data.


4. Obligations Of The User

The user agrees to provide personal data required for using of the Site, and keep them up to date.


5. The Commitment Of The Management

The administration is obliged to:

a) Use the information solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 3 of this Privacy Policy;

b) ensure the storage of personal data in secret, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, issue, divulge information about

personal data of the User, except those specified in paragraph 2 of this Privacy Policy;

c) take precautions to protect personal data privacy in accordance with generally accepted procedures;

d) to carry out blocking of the personal data of the User after the request or the request of the User or his legal representative or authorised body on protection of the rights of personal data subjects during check-out period , in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or misconduct.

The administration may transfer User's personal data to the competent authorities of the relevant jurisdiction only on the grounds and in the procedure established by the legislation of Estonia.


6. Liability of the parties

In the event of default, the provider is liable for losses incurred by User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data in accordance with the laws of Estonia, except where personal data is:

a) was transmitted to the competent authorities of the relevant jurisdiction;

b) was disclosed to a third party after the transfer of the Property with the consent of the user;

c) become public prior to their loss or disclosure;

d) was obtained from a third party prior to their receipt by the Administration;

e) was disclosed with the consent of the User.

f) was disclosed as a result of force majeure.
